MINIMUM is a limited-production wine made with high-quality grapes, which endow it with tons of character and personality. MINIMUM is a concentrated and well-structured wine. A real treat. Made with 70% Monastrell and 30% Cabernet Franc from a selected vintage of old vines. Bottled unfined and unfiltered. Best served at 16 ºC.
Winemaking information: Alcoholic fermentation at 25 ºC for 2 weeks in 500-litre barrels, with gentle punching-down. Malolactic fermentation in the same barrels.
Ageing: 16 months in French oak barrels (8 of which on lees).
